Moving out of or in to Willamette Towers this summer?

 

One week notice to the office is required for all moves

 

For a move-in: An office (administrative) appointment and a move appointment is required

For a move-out: Only an move appointment is required

 

Willamette Towers' office is not a rental office. We do not supply information for available units.

 

 

Currently at Willamette Tower
 
A new Building Operations Manager will be starting on Monday, July 21st.
 
A complete building water shut-off is scheduled for July 21st to repair plumbing issues in individual unit.
 
All the Exit Light fixtures are in the process of being replaced in the interior of the building.
 
The elevator upgrade is still in progress. The first car is now completed and work on the second car has begun. The walls of both cars will be replaced on the same day after all the work is perfomed on the second car. The upgrade began March 24, 2014. As a reminder, the Temporary Elevator Policy is still in effect. To review it click here
