The Willamette Towers Office is not a rental office. We do not supply information on units available for rent. Willamette Towers is a Home Owners Association- a condominium, and is not an apartment building per se.
For information on a unit available for rent, one must contact directly either the Owner or the Property Manager that they hire. The Willamette Towers office does not own units that are offered for rent- these are handled by whoever is the actual owner.
Anyone moving in is required to deliver to the office a Willamette Towers Occupant Agreement.
Should you rent a unit in the building, you will then be subject to the Policies (Rules) that guide all the residents.
All moves must be scheduled with the office at least a week in advance. There is a move-in fee, and, in addition, failure to schedule an appointment for moving in will result in a $300 fine.
An administrative appointment is required before the physical move can occur.

Willamette Towers’ personnel must be present during a move to minimize damage done to the building. Weekend/Evening moves are only scheduled at the discretion and availability of the site personnel and will be billed to the owner at an hourly rate.
Renters and Owners must fill out a Unit Information form and deliver it to the office.
