Real Estate Lock Box Policy

Adopted by the Board of Directors September 23, 2014

Real estate agents and/or unit owners must request permission from Willamette Towers office staff to put a lock-box (containing a key) on common areas when listing a unit for sale. These lock boxes are put in place by listing real estate agents for the use of other real estate agents to enable the other agents to show a unit that is for sale.

In the event a unit has unpaid fees, fines or other monies owed to the Home Owners Association, the listing agent and/or unit owner will not be allowed to place a lock box in any common area of the building until the moneys owed to the Home Owners Association are paid in full.
